Portion of River’s Edge Trail, North River Road closed this week for dam project

Both the River’s Edge Trail on the north shore and North River Road near Black Eagle Dam will be closed from noon to 5 p.m. Sept. 30 and 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Oct. 1-3 . The closure is needed so crews can safely use heavy equipment to pour concrete and move materials as part of the Black Eagle Dam spillway project.
