Bond lowered for corrections officer’s brother in August incident; additional charges filed against former CCSO employee

James Ogden appeared in court on Sept. 24 on felony charges of obstruction and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence for his role in an incident with his brother Lloyde Ogden, Jr., a corrections officer at the Cascade County Adult Detention Center. James Ogden is being held in the Broadwater County jail. His trial is currently set for Jan. 26

GFPS board approves $1.2 million contract to turn former GFH shop into learning center

The Great Falls Public Schools board voted during their Sept. 22 meeting to approve a construction bid for the Great Falls High School shop renovation. Prosecutors add 26 charges against Dennis in June car theft, police pursuit, crash

The Cascade County Attorney’s Office filed additional charges against James Dennis, 36, last week in connection with a June 4 car theft, police pursuit and crash.
