Great Falls Park and Recreation is hosting several events in September. The Pollinator’s Blitz is 4-5 p.m. Sept. 10 at the Gibson Park Flower Garden featuring a horticulturist from the city’s forestry division who will guide attendees in best practices on pollinator gardens. City requesting TIF funds for parking operations; recommending fine increases

The Downtown Development Partnership voted during their Aug. 27 meeting to recommend the reallocation of existing $183,785 in tax increment financing funds for city parking facilities improvements and another $150,000 for operational funding. County considering increased solid waste fees on Sept. 15

Cascade County Commissioners have set a public hearing for 10 a.m. Sept. 15 to establish residential and commercial solid waste rates.
