County staff report for March 26 zoning meeting is posted online
The Cascade County planning division has posted their draft staff report for the March 26 planning board hearing on the proposed changes to the county’s zoning regulations.
The staff report includes additional information from staff on their reasons for proposed changes and other background information.

The planning board held an initial public hearing in February and has scheduled a second public hearing for March 26 at 4:30 p.m. at the Family Living Center at Montana Expo Park on the proposed changes to the zoning regulations.
The hearing will allow for additional public comment and may involve a recommendation by the planning board to the County Commission on the proposed changes.
The county planning division is accepting written public comment in the meantime. Comments should include your name and address and be hand delivered to the planning office, by mail to 121 4th St. N., Suite 2H/I, Great Falls, MT 59401, by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or fax at 406-454-6919. If you are submitting comments, staff requests that fill out this form or include it with your materials.
The planning division has posted additional documents on the county website, including public comments that have been received thus far, as well as their documentation on how the proposed changes have been developed.
The proposed changes are available on the county website and hard copies have been placed for public viewing at the County Clerk and Recorder Office: 121 4th St. N.; the Cascade County Commission office: 325 2nd Ave. N.; and the Great Falls Public Library: 301 2nd Ave. N., in addition to the planning office.
