The county’s appointments to the zoning, planning and airport boards have been pushed to their Dec. 18 meeting.

County Commissioner Jane Weber said she forgot that Commissioner Joe Briggs would be in Washington, D.C. this week and wanted to have all three commissioners present for discussion on the board appointments.

Since they have another regular meeting next week, commissioners opted to table their appointments to the Zoning Board of Adjustment, Planning Board and the Regional Airport Authority Board.

Two or three members of the public attended the meeting, one for a separate land use variance on the agenda. No members of the public spoke about the appointments during the meeting.
