Stuckey Road improvements planned, commission to consider agreement on Tuesday

Improvements are planned for the portion of Stuckey Road that’s within the city limits. On Tuesday, City Commissioners will consider an agreement with the Montana Department of Transportation, which will design, manage and oversee construction of the improvements. Great Falls Farmer’s Market expanding; encouraging connection with local producers

The Great Falls Farmer’s Market opened for the season today with about 140 vendors. By next week, more vendors will be packed into the Civic Center parking lot, Park Drive and the Downtowner parking lot behind Park Place. City planning to add water mains under Missouri, Sun rivers; $866,028 contract on Tuesday’s commission agenda

Millions of dollars worth of public works projects are in either in progress or planned for the coming years in Great Falls. One of those projects is installing additional water mains crossing under the Missouri River and the Sun River. The additional mains would ensure adequate water pressure and quantity to the expanding city and provide redundancy for unexpected repairs
