Construction has started on what will be a three-story office building on a 1.12 acre parcel near Broadwater Bay and Mackenzie River Pizza.

The city’s Design Review Board approved the project in November and in January, Tom Matthew with Opportunity Bank of Montana announced that they were the tenant for the lower level.

The total square footage is proposed at 21,966 square feet and the property is currently zoned M-2 Mixed-use Transitional.
