County approves application submittal for school trust land easement

County Commissioners voted during their March 14 meeting to approve the submittal of an application to the Montana Department of Natural Resources for a conservation easement on 80 acres of school trust land on Fox Farm Road. The application starts the formal DNRC process, including a new appraisal on the property to determine the amount required to purchase the easement.
