Great Falls Clinic property ownership changes; Clinic operations remain unchanged
A national real estate firm recently announced it had added two healthcare properties to its portfolio, including one in Great Falls.
National Real Estate Advisors, an investment manager developing, operating and managing a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate on behalf of institutional clients, said the Great Falls property is a 244,520-square-foot healthcare campus containing multiple buildings that are fully leased and anchored by Great Falls Clinic. The campus includes an ambulatory surgery center, a 46-bed hospital and a medical office building. The facilities operate as an integrated healthcare hub, supporting a broad range of outpatient and inpatient services for the surrounding community.
In a statement to The Electric, Samantha Kaupish, Great Falls Clinic spokeswoman, said the following:
“We understand that some patients have questions about a recent news article regarding the Great Falls Clinic campus. The article relates to a real estate transaction involving healthcare facilities on our campus. Transactions involving healthcare real estate are common throughout the industry and typically occur separately from healthcare operations.
The Great Falls Clinic has operated for many years in facilities owned by real estate investment and partnership groups. This recent transaction represents a change in real estate ownership and does not affect patient care, providers, appointments, medical records, or the services we offer.
Our commitment to serving our patients and community remains unchanged. Patients should continue to access care as they always have, with the same providers, staff, and dedication to quality healthcare.
“These are high-quality healthcare facilities that support leading operators and deliver essential services to their communities,” Jeffrey Kanne, National Real Estate Advisors president, said in a release. “Each property is well-located and purpose-built to meet the needs of patients and providers within growing markets.”
