Cascade County Commissioners unanimously approved a contract with TD&H Engineering during their Dec. 9 meeting for the Courthouse Annex roof replacement.

The county issued a request for qualifications in the fall and received a response from only one firm, which was TD&H.

County reallocates unused ARPA funds to previously approved projects

Commissioners approved the $68,000 contract with TD&H for engineering services related to design and construction to replace about 15,000-square of roof at the annex at 325 2nd Ave. N., which houses the county commission, elections office, finance and human resources.

The project is being funded through the county general fund as a capital project that’s been planned, according to Les Payne, county public works director.

There was no commission discussion or public comment on the contract during the meeting.
