Join Fish Wildlife and Parks at Giant Spring State Park for a free, family friendly event on Oct. 16 from 4:30-6:30 p.m.

The “Wicked Walk” is 0.66 miles of Halloween fun along the River’s Edge Trail in the park. Participants will receive a map of the trick-or-treat route and should bring their Halloween spirit, wear their favorite costume and walking shoes, and bring a goodie bag.

In addition to the walk, there will be a festive backdrop to take photos, and free face painting provided by Samantha Houston Art – Magpie and the Honeybees Face Paint and Body Art.

The event is dependent on reasonable weather conditions and may be canceled due to inclement weather.
