Ice Breaker registration open
Registration is open for the 45th Annual Ice Breaker Road Race on April 27.
The road race runs through downtown, along the River’s Edge Trail and across the Missouri River.
Runners can enter for the five-mile, three-mile or one-mile race. Runners may also run all three.
Early bird registration runs through March 31 at $25 per adult, for the first race and $5 for each additional race, and $15 per youth.
Fees increase to $35 per adult and $25 per youth on April 1.
Each runner receives a race t-shirt, finisher’s medal, post-race refreshments provided by Pepsi and a chance to win door prizes.
Top finishers in each age category will win cash prizes or gift cards donated by Scheels of Great Falls.
Packet pickup, which includes the race shirt and runner’s bib, will be at the Great Falls Civic Center on April 26 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and on race day, April 27, beginning at 9 a.m.

f you miss the early bird registration, you can sign up at the Scheels store on 10th Ave. S. on April 12 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., to get the early bird rates.
Volunteers are needed to help with packet pickup, street closure, post-race awards and more. Volunteers receive a race t-shirt and goody bag.
