The City of Great Falls is installing two new stop signs during the week of Aug. 12 at the intersection of 32nd Street South and 11th Avenue South, converting the intersection from a two-way stop to an all-way stop.

The intent of the conversion is to enhance motorist and pedestrian safety at the intersection, according to the city public works department.

The stop sign installation is expected to be completed on Aug. 16, weather permitting.

Drivers should use caution in the area and remember to approach the 32nd Street South and 11th Avenue South intersection as an all-way stop once the installation is complete, according to the city.
