Street sweeping: May 28-30
The city public works department sweeps 286 street miles annually.
Residential streets are swept twice annually.
Collector and arterial streets are swept 10 times annually, according to the city.
Business district streets and avenues are cleaned when needed.
Residents are asked to keep the curb area in front of their properties free from obstacles and move vehicles on their scheduled day from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The street sweeping schedule may change or be canceled due to weather conditions.

Street sweeping requests can be made by calling 406-771-1401 and will be done as time permits.
The schedule for May 28-30 is below:
- May 28: All streets and avenues from Riverview Drive East to 42nd Avenue Northeast from Division Road to 5th Street Northeast.
- May 29: All streets and avenues from Riverview Drive East to 36th Avenue Northeast from 5th Street Northeast to 9th Street Northeast, as well as 7th Street Northeast from 36th Avenue Northeast to Countryside Village.
- May 30: All streets and avenues from 9th Street Northeast to Bootlegger Trail from Skyline Drive Northeast to Choteau Avenue Northeast, as well as Eagles Crossing, Great Bear Avenue and 33rd Avenue Northeast from U.S. Highway 87 to east city limit.
