NeighborWorks Great Falls is hosting the third annual Homebuyer Fair on April 20 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the University of Providence’s University Center.

The fair is free and open to the public with realtors, lenders, home inspectors and other local experts on site to answer any questions about the home purchase process.

“The Homebuyer Fair is a hub of information for all future homebuyers,” said Ashly Graham, housing and financial counselor. “Our hope with this event is that we can connect homebuyers with local resources and professionals to help make their dream of owning a home a reality. Whether someone wants to learn about the steps in the homebuying process, check out down payment assistance options, or start putting together their homebuying team, this event has it.”

Next door to the fair, a homebuyer education class will be held at 9 a.m. The class is $50 and those who want to attend are encouraged to pre-register at nwgf.org/homebuyer-education.
