Winter golf now open at Eagle Falls

Eagle Falls Golf Club is open for winter golf through Dec. 21, weather dependent. Gates will open at 11 a.m. and be locked at 3:30 p.m.; all golfers must be off the course by 3 p.m.

There will be no charge to golf during winter golf.

The course will be played in reverse order on each hole, with golfers teeing off in front of the greens, which will be marked with blue stakes, and finishing on temporary greens in front of the normal tee boxes.

Golfers are asked to stay off the regular greens.

All 18 holes will be open for golf. Carts will not be allowed. The course will not be open on holidays.

The guidelines for opening include a temperature of 40 degrees and no snow on the ground; the golf staff will make the final call.
