JCCS planning exterior remodel on River Drive South

JCCS is planning a façade renovation for their existing building at 501 Park Drive S.
The project will be considered Monday by the city’s Design Review Board.
The project includes an exterior renovation of the west-facing façade with new materials and colors. The renovation is designed to preserve the historical characteristics of the brick structure that dates to the International Harvester warehouse of the late 1920s, according to the city staff report.
The existing exterior will be replaced with new metal siding and paneling better suited for Montana’s climate.
No upgrades to parking, sidewalks or landscaping are required for the project, but the applicant must replace any sidewalk damaged during construction, according to the staff report.
