BID accepting bids on pedlets for Celtic Cowboy and Burger Bunker
Bids are being accepted by the Business Improvement District for the two new pedlets downtown and officials are hoping they’ll be open for the end the season.
Joan Redeen, BID community director, said the new pedlets would go in front of the Celtic Cowboy on 1st Avenue South and Burger Bunker on 5th Street South.
The BID awarded grants to those restaurants, as well as Enbar and Jason Madill for the Strain Building.
“Suspendlet” coming to second story of Strain Building; two more pedlets planned downtown
Madill is handing the contracting for his separately since his is going to be a balcony area that he has dubbed a “suspendlet.”
Pedlet grant deadline is next week, applications still sought
The pedlet season runs May 1 through October.
