Utility work associated with the Sleep Inn & Mainstay Hotel requires an approximate one-week closure of Meadowlark Drive near the Country Club Towers. The work was expected to begin this week (April 11) and a detour will maintain local access to affected residences and facilities within the Meadowlark Country Club.

The City of Great Falls has a contract with Central Excavation for the installation of a storm drain line along 19th Street South between 11th Avenue South and 13th Avenue South. The contractor will install the storm drain between April 16-May 25.

During these six weeks, 19th Street South will be closed south of 11th Avenue South up to the intersection with 13th Avenue South. The contractor will provide barricades and detour signs in the area of construction for traffic routing.
