MDT seeking comments for highway project near Fort Shaw

The Montana Department of Transportation is seeking public comments on a proposal to enhance safety features on Montana Highway 200 at the curve one mile southwest of Fort Shaw at about reference point 132.5.

Proposed work includes adding panel delineation and shoulder rumble stripes through the curve. The purpose of the project is to address road departure crashes.

Construction is tentatively planned for 2019 depending on completion of design and availability of funds.
