Chocolate, eye care stores close in Holiday Village Mall

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory has closed in Holiday Village Mall.
It’s the third store in recent months to close its doors in the Great Falls mall.
LensCrafters has also closed. The company sent postcards to customers stating the location was temporarily closed and that there was another location in Bozeman. A few weeks later, postcards telling customers to come to the Holiday Village Mall store for their birthday discount were received. An online search shows the store is permanently closed and the physical store is vacant.
Mall officials said the store closed June 30 and made no mention of it reopening. Queries to LensCrafters’ parent company have gone unanswered.
Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory closed Saturday.
Vanity closed in the mall this spring when the national chain declared bankruptcy.
A recent walk through of the mall indicated at least 15 stores were vacant.
In opening news, Navarro and Son Auto Detailing is now open at 1410 36th Ave. N.E. near the water tower.
