Calumet, state reach settlement in multiyear tax dispute

Calumet Montana Refining said on Oct. 22 that it had reached a settlement with the Montana Department of Revenue over a multi-year tax dispute. Calumet said it reached an agreement over the “fair market value” of the refinery for tax years 2022-2005 in September.
