City approves contract for bridge deck replacement on River’s Edge Trail

City Commissioners approved a $187,850 contract to WVH Enterprises during their May 5 meeting for the Kings Bridge deck replacement. The city-owned bridge is on the River’s Edge Trail about 360 feet east of Black Eagle Dam.
