Neighborhood Council 5 meets March 16
One Great Falls neighborhood council meets next week.
Neighborhood Council 5 meets at 7 p.m. March 16 in the Great Falls Clinic Specialty Center conference room, 3000 15th Ave. S.
Agenda items to include presentations on the Montana Tobacco Use Prevention program from the City-County Health Department, NeighborWorks Great Falls and the Montana Department of Transportation. The council will also discuss Facebook use and assigning two council members as administrators, council business and neighborhood concerns.

In Great Falls, there are nine neighborhood councils. Their purpose is to serve the citizens by providing a direct link to city government within the neighborhoods. Each council is made up of five members elected by the voters in that council area. Website| Facebook
