GFPD has located missing teen
The Great Falls Police Department has located Amaray Heavyrunner.
GFPD said she’d been located about 30 minutes after they sent an alert and was with officers and safe.

GFPD is asking for the community’s help to locate Amaray Heavyrunner.
The public is asked to call 911 if they have information as to her whereabouts.
Amaray is:
- 13-year-old female
- Native American
- 5-foot, 6-inches tall and 110 pounds
- brown eyes and long straight brown hair
- last seen wearing a purple and white tie dye short sleeve t-shirt, white pajama pants with blue and green spots, no shoes/barefoot
She was last seen between 1-2 a.m. Aug. 20 in the 1000 block of 2nd Avenue North, walking eastbound, according to GFPD.
“Amaray sustained significant facial and head injuries from an altercation with another teen,” according to GFPD. “We are gravely concerned for Amaray’s well-being as we believe she is in danger from the injuries she’s received.”
GFPD is asking anyone in the vicinity of the 1000 block of 2nd Avenue North to check the areas around their homes and to keep an eye out for Amaray.
