Within 30 minutes of the 911 call, officers located the vehicle and took the occupants into custody.

There were no injuries, but a firearm was discharged and “the incident was not a random act of violence, all parties knew each other,” according to GFPD.
Devin Dreamer Running Crane was charged in Juvenile Court with felony counts of criminal endangerment and assault with a weapon, according to court documents provided by the Cascade County Attorney’s Office.

All three were detained in the Juvenile Detention Center, according to court documents.
Multiple arrests made in Oct. 8 incident
The responding officer wrote in court documents that when he arrived on scene at 202 8th St. N., he noticed a hole in the glass of the front door to the apartment building.
He spoke with a witness who said four people pulled up in a red SUV and named the three males who were charged, as well as a female.
The witness said that he believed Running Crane has the pistol in a backpack and there were multiple people on the porch around the witness when “the pistol was pointed and fired at him,” according to charging documents.
The 911 caller told the officer that she saw the red SUV pull up and three males got out dressed in black and facemasks. A blonde female with no mask followed them, according to court documents.
The witness told the officer that she saw a handgun and heard one shot fired by one of the males in the masks. She took pictures of the vehicle that officers used to identify it.
Another witness told officers she could see two males with face masks and the blonde female.
The witness told the officer that “she thinks they were yelling at one male in particular and his friends were attempting to protect him,” according to court documents.
While officers were on scene, the red suspect vehicle drove by and officers were able to make a traffic stop in the 400 block of 1st Avenue South.
