Election results: Sunchild holds seat on school board; Centreville, Fort Shaw, Cascade

Marlee Sunchild has retained her seat on the Great Falls Public Schools board.

According to preliminary results as of 8:15 p.m., the vote counts are:

  • Marlese Sunchild: 5,668
  • Rodney Meyers: 2,568
  • Tony Rosales: 1,755

The total votes cast in the GFPS board election were 10,042.

The election canvass will happen next before the results are certified as final. That process usually takes about two weeks.

The unofficial Fort Shaw Irrigation District results are:

District 1

Todd Click: 6,525

District 3

  • Jay Skoog: 7.456

District 5

  • Jason Campbell: 6.457
  • Elliot Merja: 3,516

Centreville Public Schools had two board seats on their ballot.

Their unofficial results are:

  • Andrea Holzheimer: 253
  • Joshua B. Johns: 82
  • Jeffrey Pankratz: 215

For Cascade Public Schools, the election results are:

  • Cascade District 3 (elementary) general fund levy: 297 for, 280 against
  • Cascade District B (high school) general fund levy: 381 for, 385 against
  • Cascade District 3 (elementary) tech fund levy: 291 for, 295 against
  • Cascade District B (high school) tech fund levy: 378 for, 382 against
