NeighborWorks Great Falls kicked off its annual fund drive on March 4.
A few of the events happening during the fund drive e are:
- Montana Credit Union: Swipes for a Cause, March 4-15. A penny for each debit and credit card swipe
will be donated to NWGF. - Magpie: March 6, 11 a.m. to midnight, $1 for every 16-ounce Mason Jar drink and $2 for every 32-ounce Mason Jar drink sold will be donated to NWGF.
- Double Barrel Coffee: March 6-15, from 3-7:30 p.m., 25 percent of all proceeds will be donated to NWGF.
- Annie’s Tap House: 6-8 p.m. March 14, $1 for every pint purchased will be donated to NWGF.
- Flying S Title and Escrow: March 14. Selling homemade pies for National Pi Day and all proceeds go to NWGF.
- Life in Bloom: proceeds from all bouquets purchased on March 4 and March 15 will be donated to NWGF.
City supports historic designation for Baatz building
The following events are outside the fund drive dates but are part of the campaign:
- Crumbl Cookies: 3-6 p.m. March 20, 15 percent of the proceeds from cookies purchased will be donated to NWGF.
- Mighty Mo Brew Co. Raise a Pint Night: 5-8 p.m. April 8, $1 for every pint purchased will be donated to NWGF.
- Brush Crazy Painting for a Cause: 5:30-8:30 p.m. April 17, 50 percent of all proceeds during this time will be donated to NWGF.
- Teriyaki Madness: March 18, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., 20 percent of all proceeds will be donated with an event flyer or code: FUNDRAISER for online orders.
NWGF will be hosting an open house 4-6 p.m. March 28 at their office, 509 1st Ave. S., to celebrate the fund drive and as an opportunity for the community to see the building and get to know staff.
Other participating businesses helping raise funds include: Opportunity Bank, Bravera Bank, First Interstate Bank, Stockman Bank, Double Barrel Coffee, Ferrin’s Furniture and the Hi-Line Climbing Center.
“When you donate to NeighborWorks Great Falls or participate in any of the above fundraisers, you are investing
immensely in the community. Your donation goes to building new homes, educating future homeowners, helping
families gain financial stability, removing blight, and making Great Falls a better place for all of us to live, work, and play,” according to NWGF.
