The contracted with United Materials for the street reconstruction of 7th Avenue North from Park Drive North to 9th Street North and 3rd Avenue North from Park Drive North to 3rd Street North.
Construction began earlier this month on Park Drive North to replace water mains between 7th Avenue North and 5th Avenue North.
Beginning April 18, 7th Avenue North will be closed from Park Drive North to 7th Street North for street reconstruction.
The work in this area is expected to take eight weeks.
United Materials will provide barricades and detour signs for traffic routing.
The remaining street reconstruction along 3rd Avenue North is to follow.
