Great Falls Development Authority planning monthly community chats

Economic development is always a high interest topic and the Great Falls Development Authority is starting a new monthly chat to share information.

Brett Doney, GFDA executive director, said they’re starting a monthly open house event and the first one is planned sometime later this month.

The events will likely be held in the evenings, with no planned agenda, Doney said.

“It will be a chance to come in and ask what we are doing and why,” Doney said.

Doney said they’ll still protect client confidentially in discussing upcoming projects but hope to give the community a better understanding of what’s involved in economic development.

Doney said he’s planning the first event and the time and place will be released soon.
