The City of Great Falls has a contract with Sletten Construction for improvements to the City Water Treatment Plant. The contractor will install storm drain pipe in the area of Overlook Drive and Lower River Road between Sept. 26-29. The work will trench across the River’s Edge Trail loop at the south side of the tunnel under Overlook Drive.  

During the construction period, the area will be fenced and closed to through traffic. The contractor will provide barricades and detour signs in the area of construction to re-route traffic.
