Umami, His and Her Coins closing in downtown Great Falls

Umami is closing its doors in downtown Great Falls on June 30.
After a kitchen fire last fall and being open on and off since, the restaurant owners announced earlier this month that they’ve decided to close for good.
This is their last week serving sushi and could close earlier if they run out of inventory before June 30.
In a Facebook post, the owners said, “We would like to thank everyone that has supported us through these years and we hope to see you guys soon.”
His and Her Coins at 622 Central Ave. is also closing up shop at the end of the month.
Debbe Harris said she owns the shop with her brother and they were closing for health reasons.
The siblings inherited the shop from their parents, Don and Doris, who started the business in Great Falls in 1965.
New openings around town:
An Edward Jones office has opened at 322 Central Avenue and Verizon Wireless is moving into the space adjacent to the new City Brew on 3rd Street Northwest.
